Auto Attendent

Advanced Call Queues

- This sopiscated call queue system is well equipped with:

  • Agent Annoucement Broadcast - There will be an annoucement message for the agent before transfering the calls. For example, the following call is from the Sales Queue.
  • Maximum Wait Time - This will allow a caller to wait for a specified time before a pull out.
  • Maximum Allowed Callers - This will limit the number of callers in the queue.
  • Call Recording - Incoming calls to agents can be recorded.

Automatic Call Distribution

- Call Distribution to agents can be routed base on the following rules:

  • Ring All - This will notify all agents till anyone of the agents answer the call.
  • Ring at a time - Calls will be distributed to each agent at a time.
  • Ring least calls - Calls will be routed to agent with the least calls.
  • Ring least recent calls - Calls will be routed to agent with the least recent calls.
  • Ring at a time with memory - Calls will be distributed to each agent at a time where it previously stopped.
  • Ring randomly - Calls will be distributed on a random basis.
